ABOUT ME
MEET YOUR THERAPIST RAVEEN
My journey to becoming a holistic wellness practitioner began with studying and delivering traditional Western practices of Integrative Psychotherapy. Through years of experience, I noticed that this approach in isolation was not always effective for radical change. Seeking more comprehensive solutions, and through my own personal endeavours to heal and expand my consciousness, I explored Eastern practices that promote well-being and mental stability, such as yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork). When I personally experienced the transformative power of these practices, I became dedicated to incorporating them into my therapeutic approach.
APPROACH
Psychotherapy is a powerful tool for transformation, yet to truly activate your highest selves, operate from your fullest potential, and vibrate at a high loving frequency, you must go beyond making sense of your problems. You must become aware of and address your sensations, bodily experiences, and inner well-being through spiritual practices like meditation and breathwork.

To find real inner peace, contentment and full enjoyment and satisfaction of life, you must align your mental and emotional health with your physical and spiritual health. A harmonious relationship between mind, body, and soul, is what promotes wellness and joy.

ABOUT ME
I am a qualified psychotherapist trained in integrative psychotherapeutic counselling, compassion-focused therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy. With many years of experience working in various public sectors and charitable organizations, I have supported individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.

My journey into psychotherapy began with traditional Western methods like talking therapy and psychoeducation. However, I noticed that these approaches were not always fully effective for everyone. Seeking more comprehensive solutions, I explored Eastern practices that promote well-being and mental stability, such as yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork). When I personally experienced the transformative power of these practices, I became dedicated to incorporating them into my therapeutic approach.
I am extremely passionate about helping people reach their full potential, heal from traumas, overcome internal barriers, and activate their highest self. I believe that psychotherapy is a powerful tool for transformation and that to achieve our highest selves and vibrate at a high frequency, we need to go beyond just talking through our problems. We must become aware of and address our sensations, bodily experiences, and inner well-being through spiritual practices like meditation and breathwork.

My work is dedicated to helping people heal and grow. I focus not just on traditional talking therapy, but on a broader scale, using various approaches to enhance mental health, general well-being, and quality of life. I have trained under well-established yogic teachers to learn breathwork for trauma and integrate this practice, along with clinical hypnotherapy and compassion-focused therapy, into my approach. My methods are flexible to meet your individual needs.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I take pride in my work, follow a strict code of conduct and ethics, stay current with professional training and qualifications, and participate in regular supervision.
